At Jokers Costume Mega Store, we want you to be thrilled with your transformation, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like wigs, hosiery, and makeup cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the costume and all included accessories back into their original branded packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box or mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
